ALL tackle players MUST register at NCAFA.ca as well as with the Knights

Please bring the following with you to registration:

  • Completed NCAFA registration form (PLEASE ADD your email address under the school line)
  • Completed medical form
  • Completed media authorization form
  • Proof of child’s age (a photocopy of birth certificate, health card or passport – no photocopy machine is available at registration)
  • Cash or 2 cheques (registration and equipment deposit (post-dated)
  • Sibling or second sport registrants get $50 off registration fees
  • Cheques are payable to Kanata Knights
